What is the effect of increasing the injection mold temperature

We are an established injection mold manufacturer that offers exceptional technical expertise and customer service.

The mold temperature affects the molding cycle and molding quality, and in practice, it is set by the minimum appropriate mold temperature of the material used, and then adjusted appropriately according to the quality condition.
Mold temperature refers to the temperature of the cavity surface at the time of molding, and it is important not only to maintain the appropriate temperature but also to distribute it evenly in the mold design and molding process conditions.
The uneven distribution of mold temperature will lead to uneven shrinkage and internal stress, which will make the forming port prone to deformation and warping.

Effects of increasing the mold temperature:
(1) The crystallinity and relatively uniform structure of the molded product.
(2) Make the molding shrinkage more sufficient, and the post-shrinkage is reduced.
(3) Improve the strength and heat resistance of molded products.
(4) Reduce internal stress residue, molecular orientation and deformation.
(5) Reduce the flow anion resistance during filling and reduce pressure loss
(6) Make the appearance of the molded product more shiny and good
(7) Increase the chance of burr in molded products.
(8) Increase the chance of depression at the near gate and reduce the depression at the far gate.
(9) Reduce the degree to which the bond line is obvious, and (10) increase the cooling time.
