Thin-wall injection molding defect analysis–stoma
It is easy to appear when the transparent finished PC material is formed. Due to the lack of gas exhaustion during the injection molding process, improper mold design or improper molding conditions can have an impact.
Improvement methods:
increase exhaust, change the gate (increase the inlet gate), the PC material runner must be lighted, strict drying conditions, increase the injection pressure, reduce the injection speed, etc.
