Causes:

3. Unreasonable programming: the machining path planning is not optimal, and there are problems such as repeated cutting and too much empty stroke; The program is not standardized, which affects the operation efficiency of the machine tool.
4. Equipment failure and insufficient maintenance: machine tool equipment fails, and the downtime and maintenance time is long; Inadequate equipment maintenance leads to a decrease in machine tool performance and reduced processing efficiency.
Solution:
1. Optimize cutting parameters: on the premise of ensuring the processing quality, appropriately increase the cutting speed and feed to shorten the processing time; However, care should be taken to avoid affecting the machining accuracy and tool life due to too high parameters.
2. Reasonable selection of tools: according to the processing technology and materials, choose tools with good cutting performance and high durability; Use high-efficiency tools, such as compound tools, coating tools, etc., to improve processing efficiency; Reduce the number of tool changes and optimize the tool change process.
3. Improved programming: Optimize machining paths to reduce repetitive cuts and empty strokes; standardize program writing to improve program operation efficiency; Use advanced programming software and programming technology to improve the quality of programming.
4. Strengthen equipment management and maintenance: regularly maintain machine tools and equipment to find and solve potential problems in a timely manner; Establish an emergency plan for equipment failure to shorten the downtime of failure; Upgrade old equipment to improve equipment performance.
